Master Plaques is owned and operated by American Plaque Company, an SDVOSB based in Mishawaka, Indiana, with product manufacturing and customer service on the former Clark Air Force Base in the Republic of the Philippines. We are one of the leading suppliers of U.S. Government Agency and U.S. Military official seals, and we are officially licensed to create products using official logos. We have been making high-quality, solid mahogany plaques and other solid wood products since 1991. In recent years, we have added high-density urethane (HDU) plaques to our product line as well.
Like most U.S. firms, outsourcing is a financially necessary part of our business. Since our inception, we have used mahogany, which is primarily grown in Fiji, Brazil, and India. However, we decided to manufacture our products in the land of the United States’ oldest military ally in Southeast Asia: the Republic of the Philippines, with which we have had a mutual defense treaty since 1951.
