Welcome to MasterPlaques.com! We are the premier online division of the American Plaque Company (APC). For over thirty years, APC has been the “Gold Standard” manufacturer of custom made, hand carved solid mahogany wood plaques, seals, and emblems. We are one of the leading plaque manufacturers for U.S. Government agencies and U.S. Military organizations worldwide.
Master Plaques is owned and operated by American Plaque Company, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Mishawaka, Indiana, with product manufacturing and customer service on the former Clark Air Force Base in the Republic of the Philippines. We are a GSA registered manufacturer of plaques. We are licensed to create virtually all of our products that use official logos. We have been making high-quality, solid mahogany plaques and other solid wood products since 1991. In 2021, we added high-density urethane (HDU) plaques to our product line. In August of 2026, we added Bronze and Aluminum Cast Metal seal plaques to our product line.
Like most U.S. firms, outsourcing is a financially necessary part of our business. Since our inception, we have used mahogany, which is primarily grown in Fiji, Brazil, and India. However, we decided to manufacture our products in the land of the United States’ oldest military ally in Southeast Asia: the Republic of the Philippines, with which we have had a mutual defense treaty since 1951.
