Warranty Policy Details
Notification of defects or damage in transit need to be sent to Connect International LLC (The Company) by utilizing the Warranty Claim Form linked below (with photographs of the damaged items attached) within 5 business days of receipt of your items. The day of receipt will be that day noted by the courier delivery company that the item(s) were received and signed for. The Company will not process any claim after this time period has elapsed.
Delivery Schedules
Along with your confirmation of order you will receive and estimated time of delivery for your item. Custom made items are typically delivered with a 4-6 week period from the confirmation of order.
Express Orders: If you have paid for an Express Delivery Service you will receive your item within a 21 business days period. Connect International LLC is not liable for delays caused by the courier delivery companies. Connect International LLC also reserves the right to withdraw the Express Delivery Service option on any product ordered if it feels that the two week delivery schedule cannot be met.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Once we receive your warranty claim, we will evaluate it. Warranties usually take 2-3 business days to process. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will replace your product or send merchandise credit which can be used at www.masterplaques.com.
All shipping costs will be covered by The Company in the event an item has to be returned to The Company. You will be supplied with a UPS, DHL, or FedEx account number to use to return the items. The manufacturing time for replacement custom made items is typically 6 to 8 weeks, unless you opted for the Express Delivery Service where the replacement item(s) will be with you within 21 business days.
Returning an Item On Warranty
Once the warranty claim has been approved Connect International will arrange for the items to be returned to the company's warehouse. Please repack the items in their original packaging.
