TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Artwork Acceptance and Approval
Prior to beginning production of your item, you must submit your approved artwork, which will include layout instructions, pantone color number list of all colors to be applied, complete typed written inscription to include all names, and any special instructions required. Should any changes be made to these approved instructions after receipt of order, an “Artwork Rework” fee will be applied to the order. This fee will be calculated based on the total cost of the order and will be $30.00 or 10% which ever is greater.
Approval Process for Custom Items
Prior to the dispatch of custom made items from our workshop customers will be sent via email a high quality color image of their finished product for the purposes of approval. Only after approval is given by the customer will a custom product be dispatched to you. Please ensure that the email address you give is valid and that any email filters are set to accept emails from both Master Plaques.Com and ConnectIntLLC.Com domains.
Connect International LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by non-receipt of customer approval.
Delivery Schedules
Along with your confirmation of order you will receive and estimated time of delivery for your item. Custom made items are typically delivered within a 4-6 week period from the receipt of the confirmation and approved artwork of the order.
Express Orders: If you have paid for an Express Delivery Service you will receive your item within a two week period. Connect International LLC is not liable for delays caused by the courier delivery companies. Connect International LLC also reserves the right to withdraw the Express Delivery Service option on any product ordered if it feels that the two week delivery schedule cannot be met.
